Hand crafted copper condenser helix for 3" pipe. These range 10" to 12" of coil. Appx. 2 1/2 wide fits nicely in a 3" copper column. USA copper manufactured coiled heavy wall 3/8" od coil. This 3/8" copper has over twice as much surface area as the 1/4" copper and much higher water flow which means quicker alcohol output.
Our solid copper coils, worms, reflux coils, or condensers are hand crafted one at a time and hand wound on a custom made mandrel so the tube can't kink while forming. Any joints are then silver brazed using the same techniques that refrigeration manufacturers use when building their equipment. This coil is not soft soldered and contains no lead so it should last a lifetime. Each coil is then cleaned, flushed inside and out and pressurized to ensure there are no leaks.
BTW, We don't use sand, salt or other fillers to form our coils so there is no clean-out required saving you an hour or two of your valuable time.
