A few of you have asked, "Hey Hi Proof what can I do short of climbing a step-ladder to read my column thermometer?" Well we finally have a easy solution for you, pitch the ladder and get one of our new dual digital thermometers!

These thermometers are easy-to-read, easy-to-use, & very accurate. They also have a response time that is much quicker than the dial thermometers. Compact in size, fits in your hand. The thermometer will read F or C so it's well suited for distilling. When you plug the two included 36" thermocuples you immediately have a remote sensing thermometer. You can now get an immediate temperature from your reflux condenser as well as your secondary condenser at the same time.

We simply removed the dial thermometer from the blind temperature well on our column and inserted the 36" thermocuple lead in the well. We use a short piece of Velcro to attach the meter itself to a convenient spot on the still. The instrument is powered by a 9 volt battery that is not included.
