3/8" copper worm/helix to be used in a barrel, drum or flake stand for a moonshine still. Made from heavy wall refrigeration grade copper. The coil is roughly 7-1/2" in diameter X 12" long overall with stub out's at opposite ends. The coil is shipped compressed, string tied and may be gently stretched to accommodate longer or shorter lengths by the purchaser.
Our solid copper coils, worms, reflux coils, or condensers are made one at a time and hand wound on a custom made mandrel so the tube can't kink while forming. Each coil is then cleaned, flushed inside and out and pressurized to ensure there are no leaks.
BTW, We don't use sand, salt or other fillers to form our coils so there is no clean-out required saving you an hour or two of your valuable time.
